You can explore pages of this web site without providing any information about yourself. We do use tools to record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, referring pages, and the page you request in order to compile reports of aggregate visitor information. All individual users remain entirely anonymous. However, from time-to-time, we will ask you for information that personally identifies you (Personal Information) or allows us to contact you. We describe further below what personally identifiable information we collect and how we use that information. If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still use most of the Snips Media web site, but will not be able to access areas that require registration.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Data can be collected and processed during the operations of our website. The following are ways we may perform these actions:
Automatically Collected Information
Snips Media automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, referring pages, and the page you request. We refer to this information as "Device Information." Some of this Device Information is shared with our users through our services. Snips Media uses Device Information for the following general purposes: to provide statistics on website traffic, to customize the advertising and content visitors see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
Information You Provide
In addition to Device Information, there are some instances in which we either collect or require you to disclose "Personal Information." Personal Information is information that could personally identify you, for example, your name, photo, address, phone number, e-mail address, and requested payment information. When you register for the Service, we also ask you to provide certain other Personal Information, including birth year, gender, zip code, social security number (for tax purposes), banking and financial information, and if you are an organization, basic legal information related to it, such as business address and contact information (collectively, "Registration Data"). For the avoidance of doubt, "Personal Information" as used herein includes your Registration Data.
In the following instances, we need you to actively submit Personal Information: (1) when you want to contact us via electronic means or website submission; (2) when you create your account (either as an Influencer or an Advertiser); (3) when you connect your social media account to the Snips platform; (4) when you set up a campaign through the Service; (5) when you submit content or otherwise participate in a campaign on behalf of an Advertiser; (6) when you share a link with or through the Service; (7) when you join our customer loyalty programs, email lists, or social media networks; (8) when you invite another user to the Service; or (9) when you respond to one of our surveys.

We will not disclose any personal data to any other person in any way which enables them to identify you through the cookie.
You may prevent us recording this personal data and opt-out by setting your browser so that it will not accept cookies. This may prevent us from fully communicating with you. Note: if you do decline the download of cookies, some aspects of our Service may not work or allow you access.
